SALES LEAD PT/FT
The Best Buy Mobile Sales Lead shares the responsibilities of the day-to-day store operations with the Store Manager. Assist Store Manager in training and coaching the Mobile staff to achieve unit sales, notional margin, and attach rate and service goals through execution of Solve Care. In addition to leadership responsibilities, assist customers in making the right choice every time by providing simple, impartial advice; meet or exceed sales, services and accessories targets. Thoroughly understands products and customer needs, provides exceptional expertise and service on products and services and is a key leader in building and sustaining customers by providing end to end customer solutions.

Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma or Equivalent 1 Year of Sales Experience with High Levels of Customer Interaction

Preferred Qualifications: 1 Year of Retail Management/Supervisory Experience

SALES CONSULTANT   PT
 As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering the excellent level of customer service that has become synonymous with the Best Buy brand. Working as part of a vibrant team, you will sell a broad range of mobile products and services using a proven structured approach. You will be supported with an intensive orientation and ongoing training program to help you achieve great results in this fast paced retail environment. We are looking for outstanding people with a passion for mobile technology and a natural affinity for sales. An ability to understand customer needs, recommend the right solution and identify cross selling opportunities are key requirements of the role.

Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma/Equivalent; 6 months of retail sales experience; 6 months of customer service experience; proven ability to recommend and close the sale.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling mobile products.

Piercing Pagoda – Management

Full Time

Must be 18 with HS graduation or GED; have 12mo supervisory retail sales experience in a similar type of environment (Clothing, shoes, etc). Must be available to work 9am to 11pm Monday-Friday, anytime Saturday, and 11am-8pm Sunday.  Must be able to work all weeks without conflict from another job or outside responsibilities.  Must have access to a vehicle for personal use once to twice weekly for the purpose of driving to the bank.

Responsibilities include:  Sales, customer service, ear piercing, open/close store/ handling deposits/ inventory counting, merchandise display maintenance and design, cleaning, Availability on call.  Supervising up to 4 employees, providing them training and feedback, discipline and support.  Must be able to come in on call or change schedule when asked.

Pay rate: $9.75 + hourly. (Estimate only, Pay rate will depend upon previous experience) Employee health benefits available, also bonus and commission available.  Full time is min 30 hrs weekly.

Hours 12-25 average weekly.
